At Long's Jewelers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our guest services team or visit our online portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of your delivery date.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original presentation box with all certificates and warranty cards, ensuring the security tag remains intact.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; all returns must be fully insured during transit.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
